To support this commitment, we have established a Whistleblowing Hotline—a secure and confidential platform for employees, business partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of company policies and applicable laws.

Who Can Report?

• The Whistleblowing Hotline is open to:
• Employees at all levels
• Suppliers and contractors
• Customers and business partners
• Third-party stakeholders who have knowledge or reasonable suspicion of misconduct related to our operations
• We encourage anyone with relevant concerns to come forward and help us ensure a safe, ethical, and responsible working environment.

What Can Be Reported?

• The Whistleblowing Hotline can be used to report concerns including, but not limited to:
• Fraud, bribery, or corruption
• Violations of company policies or ethical codes
• Human rights abuses (e.g., forced or child labor)
• Conflicts of interest
• Workplace harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
• Health, safety, and environmental violations
• Any other illegal, unethical, or inappropriate activities

Confidentiality & Protection Against Retaliation​

All reports submitted through the Whistleblowing Hotline are handled with the strictest confidentiality. Golden Planet Kuyumculuk Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi encourages individuals to speak up and guarantees that no retaliation will be taken against those who report concerns in good faith.

Reports are reviewed daily by the Compliance Coordinator and are submitted to the Group Ethics Committee. Upon assessment, the Ethics Committee may either direct the issue to the relevant company department for further examination or assign a dedicated investigation committee when necessary.
